If there is one thing that the elections of 2020 taught us, it is that American voters are desperately in need of healing. Extremists on both sides of the current political spectrum have divided our country more than in the last 150 years. I want to help the healing, and I know I am best positioned to do that. That is because I am not your typical Republican candidate, and the New Orleans City Council District D in Louisiana is not your typical district.
I guarantee that the citizens in our district want several of the same things that Republicans like me want, such as, a safe and secure country, state and neighborhood, a budget plan that will encourage growth and not burden future generations with the bill, a social justice system that will treat every American citizen with fairness and respect, a healthcare system that is accessible and affordable to all, a business climate where entrepreneurs are not strapped with undue regulation, taxes or expenses, a clean and healthy environment that helps grow our economy, term limits on elected officials so new ideas and new leaders emerge. The list can go on and on.
I am a Christian and a lifelong proud Louisianian with degrees from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. I am a SHRM Certified Professional. I have worked for small businesses, major corporations and have also worked in healthcare and the energy sectors.
Though this is one of the most significant political districts in New Orleans, I will campaign with unwavering enthusiasm, listening first, then offering my ideas and suggestions to those throughout our district.
Please spend some time reviewing my background and feel free to drop me a line with a question, encouragement or support. New Orleans needs healing…I CAN help!
